This form is for Curtin-enrolled students who are interested in joining the Curtin Information Systems Society (CISS), either by submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) or by completing Annual Membership.

Expression of Interest (EOI) (pay in-person)

This option is suitable for students who:

  • wish to pay in person or use Guild Club Vouchers
  • want to be contacted about upcoming CISS events and activities
  • would like to meet the committee in person to finalise their membership
  • are still deciding whether to become a member and would like more information

Membership fee:

  • $5, or
  • 1 × Guild Club Voucher

Payment can be made in person once contacted by the CISS team.
